ענבר גילתה את עולם האקרו בשנת 2012, ומאז היא מחויבת לטפח ולפתח את האקרו-יוגה בישראל. אוהבת במיוחד לחקור פוט-טו-הנד, זרימות יצירתיות, פופים, איקריאן ו-AYFit. “תרגול זה טומן בחובו פוטנציאל מעצים, מספק ומשמח שהוא ממכר! כבונוס, אתה מפתח גמישות – פיזית ופסיכולוגית כאחד” היא מורה מוסמכת לאקרו-יוגה, למדה בבית הספר קרמפה קרקס. כיום היא מלמדת שיעורים לקבוצות ושיעורים פרטיים בתל אביב
נדב נהרי, מתלמד של לאקס מ2013 ומלמד אל-בייס פלואו בסגנונו (אדג׳יו). בעל סטודיו Play Zen בצפון. הגעתי לאקרו דרך תחום העיסוי שבו אני עוסק מ2005 ומתמחה באקרו טיפול
Daniel Kuropa and Avital Mahler practice acro flow together, always in search of creating smooth and endless motion. "We like to challenge our communication and accuracy to find the best ways of creating a dynamic and peaceful movement together." Combining washing machines & choreography with high awareness to detail, in order to enjoy the bliss of the flow. Their focus is on building strength together as a team and as individuals and staying tuned to each other, while still paying attention to technique and having fun!
שירן בת 39, נשואה ואמא לארבעה ילדים מתוקים. מתעמלת מגיל 6 ומאמנת התעמלות קרקע ואקרובטיקה למעלה מ 20 שנה בעלת תעודת מדריך התעמלות מכשירים ומאמן אקרובטיקה מטעם ווינגייט, ובימים אלה מגשימה חלום ומקימה מתחם אימונים במודיעין שישלב את כל סוגי האימונים מעולם האקרובטיקה למבוגרים.
תומר וסרמן, אקרובט וקרקסן. מטפל דרך הגוף בשאיפה לאיזון המלא וההרמוני. האיזון, היציבה והרוגע הם חלק אינטגרלי במסע התרגול שלו. מתרגל אקרו ב- 5 שנים האחרונות ומלמד בארץ ובחו״ל, שיעורים פרטיים, סדנאות זוגיות בטבע, ריטריטים ופסטיבלים. עיקר ההתמחות שלו נעה בין אקרו בעמידה ודינמי לבין L-base פלואו ואיקריאן.
דיוויד פלוריאן, הוא מורה מוסמך לאקרו יוגה מאת VanCityAcro. לדיוויד נסיון עשיר בלימוד שיעורים, סדנאות ואירועי אקרו בארץ ובחו”ל, הוא עושה זאת כבר מעל ל7 שנים. דיוויד גילה את האקרו יוגה בחדר כושר מקומי והתאהב בספורט זה מאז. לאחר שנה של למידה ותרגול הבין שהוא רוצה להיות מורה. בשבילו אקרו יוגה זה לא רק לגוף אלא גם לנשמה – “אתה מתחזק מבחוץ וגם מבפנים, וההפתעה האמיתית היא: כל אחד יכול לעשות את זה!”
עדי וענבר עושים שטויות בעמידה ביחד כבר שנה וחצי, נהנים מפאדצ׳סקות, באים ללמד מאהבה לספורט הזה.
דן שחקן תאטרון וטלוויזיה, למד משחק בסמינר הקיבוצים, שיחק בהצגות ילדים, הצגות פרינג’ שונות (תאטרון צוותא, תמונע..) וגם בסדרות (תאג”ד, מלון הוטל..) הוא יעביר סדנת משחק בכנס! וישמח לחלוק אתכם את הקסם של החיבור אל הילד הפנימי שלכם, ולמצוא שחרור והנאה בדבר שיכול להראות לפעמים כמרתיע!
תמרה פיזיותרפיסטית, מורה ליוגה ומטפלת גוף-נפש במים. מאמינה בכל ליבה בחשיבותה של ההרפייה והמנוחה לבריאות הגוף והתודעה שלנו. היין יוגה מציעה ומאפשרת לגוף והשרירים את התחזוקה הנדרשת להם על מנת להמשיך לאתגר את עצמנו ולעוף בבטחה. נתראה על המזרן, בשקט, בפשטות ובאהבה אינסופית לגוף שלנו
