גיא שפר, מייסד בלוניזם, הוא אמן בלוני צורות מן השורה הראשונה בישראל ובעולם. גיא התחיל את דרכו בעולם הקרקס לפני שנים כרקדן אש, והופיע ברחבי העולם בפסטיבלים ובמופעי רחוב. במהלך מסעו נגלה בפניו עולם הבלונים וגיא החל להתמחות ולהתמקצע בעיצוב בלוני צורות.
