ג'ו מגיע במקור משיקגו, אבל הוא חי בישראל ובשנים האחרונות האקרו הפך להיות הציר המרכזי של חייו. הוא מתאמן, לומד ומלמד אקרו באופן יומיומי והוא מלמד גם בכנסים בחו"ל וגם בארץ, בתל-אביב. בנוסף לאקרו מבוגרים, הוא עובד עם ילדים לאורך שנים. לאחר שהכיר את הקסם של האקרו, הוא גילה במהרה שהוא אוהב במיוחד ללמד ילדים והוריהם. לג'ו יש תשוקה עזה לגלות וליצור דברים חדשים ביחד עם תלמידיו. הוא מתרגש לעבוד יחד על מנת ליצור בסיס לתקשורת כנה המאפשרת אמון, בטחון ושמחה.
שירן בת 39, נשואה ואמא לארבעה ילדים מתוקים. מתעמלת מגיל 6 ומאמנת התעמלות קרקע ואקרובטיקה למעלה מ 20 שנה בעלת תעודת מדריך התעמלות מכשירים ומאמן אקרובטיקה מטעם ווינגייט, ובימים אלה מגשימה חלום ומקימה מתחם אימונים במודיעין שישלב את כל סוגי האימונים מעולם האקרובטיקה למבוגרים.
מאז שרוני ואורי נכנסו לעולם האקרו לפני מעל 10 שנים, הם מאוהבים בתירגול ובהוראה שלו. הסגנון שלהם כולל אל-בייס, אקרו בעמידה, איקריאן, עם התמחות עיקרית בה2ה, הקפצות לה2ה, ופוט-טו-הנד. בבסיס הלימוד שלהם תמצאו אהבה גדולה לחקר המשחק, לאתגרים, לדיוק וטכניקה. הם מאמינים בלפרק כל תרגיל ולהתקדם בצורה בטוחה ותהליכית, לאפשר לגוף לחקור וללמוד תוך תקשורת, שיתוף פעולה והרבה הקשבה.
אלינה ונבות הם אמני קרקס המתמחים בתחום ההנד טו הנד ואקרו בקבוצה. בשנים האחרונות הם יוצרים, מתאמנים מופיעים ומלמדים יחד. במסגרת עבודתם יחד הם שמים דגש על בניית טמפו בין הבסיס לפלייר, חיבור, שילוב בין רכות לכוח מתפרץ, עבודה נכונה עם הגוף ומינימום מאמץ תוך כדי עבודה בטוחה וספוטינג ברמה גבוהה. האקרו והקרקס בשבילם הם החופש והכיף הכי גדולים, מה שהם הכי אוהבים לעשות ונהנים ללמד ולשתף את הידע שלהם בדגש על תקשורת, עבודה תהליכית וכמובן המון כיף! אני אלינה בלכמן, אמנית קרקס ומורה לאקרובאלנס ועמידות ידיים. בעולם האקרו אנו מתמחה בH2H, ועבודה קבוצתית, ומכל אלו אני נהנת מאוד(: את דרכי בעולם האקרו התחלתי בג'אמים ואז הגעתי ללמוד בבית הספר לקרקס סנדסיאל בין השנים 2014-2016, ומאז אני ממשיכה ללמוד כל הזמן, להתאמן, ליצור ולהופיע. כיום מלמדת במסלול המקצועי לקרקס בקרקס שבזי. כמורה אני מאמינה ודוגלת ב"דרך הארוכה", לעבוד מהבסיס ודרך תהליך עם עצמנו ועם הפרטנר, להנחיל בגוף את ההבנה התנועתית שנדרשת לכל תרגיל, לנסות את שני הצדדים, להשקיע בתרגילי הכנה שונים, ולשים הרבה דגש על תקשורת בריאה וטובה שהיא ללא ספק חשובה כלכך בתרגול האקרו.
מאיה מאוהבת באקרו כבר 8 שנים, והיא כאן כדי ללמד ולגרום לכם להתאהב באקרו הדינאמי – סטנדינג אקרו ובאיקיריאן. אחרי המון שיעורים וסדנאות שלימדה בארץ ובחו"ל היא יודעת לומר שמה שהיא הכי אוהבת ומתרגשת ממנו כל פעם מחדש, הם החגיגה המשותפת, תחושת ההישג, והעיניים המתרחבות מאושר של תלמידים שמגלים שבעזרת הכלים שקיבלו תרגילים שעד לפני כמה שעות נראו סופר מורכבים או בלתי מושגים, מתפתחים לאפשרות הגיונית וכיוון חדש בתרגול שלהם. יחד נעבוד ונתרגל דיוק, התמדה, תקשורת, הקשבה, סבלנות והכי חשוב – עבודה חכמה והדרגתית, שמפורקת לשלבי התקדמות ברורים, שיהפכו כל תרגיל לאפשרי ובטוח!
Inbal practices circus arts for over 15 years, and specializes in partner acrobatics, handstands and flying trapeze. She studied at the Sandciel circus school and performed with the InBalance group. Practices mostly standing acro, especially trio and group drills such as banquine and towers. Inbal is both a flyer and a base, and believes that this ability is very helpful in order to understand our partners.
Adi teaches acrobatics and is a personal trainer. A graduate of the Wingate course, she is involved in guiding children and specializes in handstand, ground bar and pyramids. As a child, she practiced acrobatics for 10 years in the international team, competing in Israel and around the world! Loves to share her knowledge, and knows how to combine her professionalism and fun.
מאמנת גמישות ומורה ליוגה מאילת! אני מלמדת גמישות למבוגרים ובעיקר לכל מי שחושב שזה רחוק ממנו. מאמינה לגמרי שזו הדרך שלנו לשמור על הגוף יעיל חזק וגמיש לאורך שנים, להביא אותו לקצה היכולת, ללמוד ולהכיר אותו לעומק בכל הרבדים. מהרגע שהתחלתי לתרגל עזבתי הכל ונשאבתי טוטאלית – זה נראה קשוח אבל נהיה כיף וקל עם הזמן

Event if you haven't ever done acro-yoga, or if these are your first steps in this field, you are more than welcome! There will be beginner-level classes all throughout the day, led by excellent teachers and lots of other beginners to play with... and make friends!
In addition, throughout the conference there will be "social classes" in which the bases and flyers will be exchanged so that you can experiment and make new friends.
