"We like to challenge our communication and accuracy to find the best ways of creating a dynamic and peaceful movement together." Combining washing machines & choreography with high awareness to detail, in order to enjoy the bliss of the flow. Their focus is on building strength together as a team and as individuals and staying tuned to each other, while still paying attention to technique and having fun!

אנחנו נעם רונן ועדן פלג. אקרו הפגיש בינינו בשנת 2021 ומאז אנחנו מתרגלים ומשחקים ביחד. נהנים להמציא מעברים ואיזונים מעניינים ומקוריים, להחליק וויפים, להעיף הקפצות ואת השילובים ביניהם. מאז שגילינו את הקסם שבוויפופס התאהבנו והתמדנו איתם, ואנחנו ממשיכים לחקור ולדייק סקילים קיימים, ולפרק וללמד את עצמנו סקילים חדשים, מאתגרים ומוזרים. אנחנו נהנים לבחון ולגלות עוד ניואנסים במטרה להפוך את התנועה המשותפת לאלגנטית אפקטיבית וקלילה
אנחנו נטע ולוטם, מקהילת אקרו צפון. אנחנו מוצאים בתרגול האקרו דרך תקשורת לא מילוליות המתבטאת בגוף, שמעניקה לנו עוד רבדים של חיבור. בהוראה אנו מתמקדים בפרטים שמאפשרים סנכרון כדי שנוכל להנות מלנוע יחד. עולם האקרו מרגש אותנו מאוד ונשמח לחלוק את אהבתנו אליו.
Noi has a passion for movement (alone and together), and for object manipulation (juggling) which he grew up with in his special circus family. Circus skills are a big part of his life. He bases his father - Yanai - and also his two young daughters. He believes that movement is a remedy for the body and the soul. In his classes we will investigate how the body mechanics work and how to move together with other bodies synchronicaly. We will find ways to move together such that we don't hurt but rather help ourselves to grow stronger and smarter.

Teaching movement and helping to improve one's personal attitude towards himself is not only Tevel's profession it is also his favorite experience. Coming from different movement worlds with yoga as a connecting base, his practice is driven by research and love of movement. He teaches Vinyasa at different levels with full intent to improve our qualities on the mat and outside of it as well.
